9 days after have my vehicles oil changed by your service department, I found oil on my garage floor. Upon inspection, I found that the oil drain bolt was not sufficiently tightened.

I recently brought my 2024 Chevy Traverse into Coulter Cadillac Phoenix for service, and Vida went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. Even though I was bringing in a Chevy to a Cadillac dealership, Vida treated me like a VIP from the moment I walked in. She was extremely professional, highly communicative, and kept me updated every step of the way. The service was completed on time, transparently, and with absolute care. When I dropped off my Encore. I asked Vida to have the tire pressure checked. When I got the car back. After driving it for a few miles. The Low Tire light came on. I was close to a Discount Tire. They aired up every tire to the proper pressure. And said every tire was low. I hope that this is not a indicator of the other work they did to my car.
