Obtaining the estimate from Kyle Trautmann was a smooth and straightforward process. Unfortunately, the scheduling and communication aspects of the repair process were much more challenging. From the initial estimate to the completion of the repairs, the process took approximately three months, which seemed excessive for the scope of the body work. Communication was the most frustrating part of the experience. On multiple occasions, I had to involve Kyle’s manager, Jay Reighard, due to a lack of response to emails. As a customer, I do not believe it should be necessary to escalate concerns to management after waiting more than a week for a reply. That said, Jay was instrumental in keeping the process moving forward and ensuring my concerns were addressed. Once my vehicle was finally brought in for service, the repair process progressed quickly. The body work was completed in a single day, after which the vehicle moved to the paint department. I received the vehicle back in about a week, and the quality of the finished work was outstanding. The repairs were seamless, and it was impossible to tell where the damage had been. Additionally, having the vehicle fully detailed, both inside and out, was an unexpected and greatly appreciated touch. The quality of the repair work and the final result were excellent. Had the communication and scheduling experience matched the quality of the workmanship, this would have easily been a five-star experience.

I had a great experience with Coulter. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars except for the time it took for repairs. I miss the days when you could drop off your car and get it back the next day.

You guys over charge too much. 4000 for a battery and cables is ridiculous. Took 400 and 2 hours of my time.
