Friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal

They made the process fast and painless.

Love the vehicle. Everyone’s nice, and helped move around numbers for me. Only issue was the communication on delivering my vehicle was a 1/10. Said my car was coming from Tucson meanwhile car really came from Chandler. I told them my availability for delivery when they gave me a promise they would commit to bringing it before I started work which made me look unprofessional in my line of work because they didn’t deliver it until later that night at my job. Also me and my co-signer requested they make sure I receive the emails since I’m the driver and I haven’t received one email about my vehicle but my co-signer is receiving them all she’s getting frustrated. I’ve called the Buick spot I purchased the car to help they “went in the system to fix” still didn’t do anything. My co-signer forwarded the emails to me and I keep calling these people emailing her and emailing them on mine to change it but no one is listening or actually doing anything about it

Obtaining the estimate from Kyle Trautmann was a smooth and straightforward process. Unfortunately, the scheduling and communication aspects of the repair process were much more challenging. From the initial estimate to the completion of the repairs, the process took approximately three months, which seemed excessive for the scope of the body work. Communication was the most frustrating part of the experience. On multiple occasions, I had to involve Kyle’s manager, Jay Reighard, due to a lack of response to emails. As a customer, I do not believe it should be necessary to escalate concerns to management after waiting more than a week for a reply. That said, Jay was instrumental in keeping the process moving forward and ensuring my concerns were addressed. Once my vehicle was finally brought in for service, the repair process progressed quickly. The body work was completed in a single day, after which the vehicle moved to the paint department. I received the vehicle back in about a week, and the quality of the finished work was outstanding. The repairs were seamless, and it was impossible to tell where the damage had been. Additionally, having the vehicle fully detailed, both inside and out, was an unexpected and greatly appreciated touch. The quality of the repair work and the final result were excellent. Had the communication and scheduling experience matched the quality of the workmanship, this would have easily been a five-star experience.
