The sales man Armando & the sales manager were very helpful and professional during my visit.

Our sales person Cody was awesome, explained all the Vehicle services and vehicle operations to my wife… Truck was in super clean pristine condition at time of delivery… The general manager Paul was very welcoming and provided a great experience getting our next Vehicle from Colter Cadillac GMC… The finance manager wrapped the deal up Quickly and also did a superb job. What a terrific team at Coulter GMC Cadillac.

Carl Ross is our new tech advisor replacing Sam Mendoza. There is an old saying, "first impressions are lasting impressions." I found Carl to be cordial like most of the staff there. Where I want to give him additional kudos is in the arranging for Uber to take me home, and then be picked up when vehicle was ready. This was not as straight forward as it appears. I inadvertently left my cell phone in Uber car that took me home. The service work on our vehicle wasn't completed until after Carl had left. Before leaving for the day Carl made necessary phone calls, on my behalf, that insured I not only got Uber ride back to dealership in a timely matter but also my phone was there when I arrived. I am so appreciative of Carl and the he manner in which he resolved "my problem." Through out this situation Carl kept me informed through my wife's phone. That to me justifies an excellent review. Thank you for the opportunity.

Tried to sell me unnecessary services when I went in only needing an oil change. Only when I was visibly crying at what my total would be for everything did the guy agree to only do an oil change.

Great service. Paul and Bella were wonderful.

My appointment was on time, friendly service, honest assessment of future needs. I recommend them and Mia was great to deal with.
