Ryan is an Arizona native, born and raised in Scottsdale. He recently moved back to the valley after graduating from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) and is currently pursuing his masters at Grand Canyon University. In his spare time Ryan enjoys playing golf throughout the valley and playing men's league hockey during the week. Ryan is very excited about joining the Coulter family and building lifelong customer relationships. Come welcome Ryan and say hello!

Selling cars for over 21 years, Dureen has worked at Coulter for the last 20. After moving to Phoenix from Milwaukee, she has made her home in the East Valley. Nothing makes her happier than spending all of her free time with her twin girls. Click For Video

Bill Durst grew up in the Greater Cleveland, Ohio area and is a graduate of John Carroll University. He brings over 19 years of Cadillac Experience with him to Coulter Cadillac. Bill is a Cadillac Crest Club member, been involved in Cadillac Standards for Excellence, and is a Disney Institute graduate. Bill enjoys classic cars, traveling, hiking, biking, and his miniature Schnauzer, Nicole.

Andrew is originally from metro Detroit but moved to AZ in 2021. He has been working in automotive sales with GM since 2018. Andrew is a college graduate with his degree in finance. He enjoys traveling, boating, and spending time with his golden retriever Charlie.

Kelly was born and raised in Phoenix Arizona, married, for over 10 years with two daughters and two grandchildren. She likes to cook and bake, but spends the majority of her free time with her family. Kelly and her husband are huge "foodies" and are always on the hunt for new and exciting cuisines. She earned a degree in criminal justice from Glendale Community College. She is very excited to be a part of the Coulter team where she brings over 20 years of exceptional customer service to the table. She will go above and beyond to make sure a client is presented with the utmost care and attention.

Michael was born and raised in Palm Springs, California, married to his lovely wife Jennifer for over 31 years. Together they have 5 Children and 5 grandchildren. Michael has been in the automotive industry starting in 1987 (over 34 years). Michael moved to Phoenix Az. in 1990. Michael has always been leading the way. Starting out as a General Motors dealership technician, to being the #1 BMW service advisor in the country to now managing Coulter's world class service department. When not at work Michael enjoys traveling, going to cars shows, spending time with his wife, kids and grandkids.
